All right, guys, you’re all going to want to think about going in for pedicures if you want to keep up with one of the hottest summer trends.  Guys are being encouraged to wear sandals.  Ladies reading this, I want you to take a moment and think about that.

I know.  I thought it was a horrible trend at first, too.  But then I saw this kid, this outfit, and these sandals.  Tim Hamilton knows how to hook you, doesn’t he, right down to the choice of models.

But I have to admit, I see where this could work.  I like the outfit, I like the way the sandals look with the shorts … and, okay, I like that face too, but that’s besides the point.  It all works, that’s the point.

Louis Vuitton has come out with some sandals as well, along with Ann Demeulemeester (who chose to show her collection with … senior models), Vivienne Westwood, and Lanvin.
