Why are baggy pants oh so wrong?
There’s a gigantic misunderstanding about baggy pants. Seriously, when puberty hits in, kids seem to love thim. Once passed 20, anyone with half a brain seems to be avoiding them.
I have a problem with that. Yes, there’s loads of butt-ugly baggy pants out there, and yes, boxers shouldn’t be 5 inches above the top of the pants. But baggy doesn’t have to mean messy.

I’d like to show you two examples of the high class version of the baggy pant: X-Baggy by Pelle Pelle and Prohibit 2 by Emerica. Both of these pants are jeans, and both will look equally well as casual wear. What you need to remember is casual is casual. Pelle Pelle and Emerica obviously understood that, and created baggy pants that weren’t too oversized, that actually fit the waist, with some model in it and wish somewhat neutral colors. That’s what you want: simple, clean and not too tight.
The fall of 2006 will be the return of baggy pants in the form of semi-baggies. Not too wide, not too tight. Comfortable pants with a look to match. Enjoy your shopping, both pairs are sub $100!
